Shipping Policy

Processing & Production

Every June & Wells order is made to order and handcrafted by skilled artisans after it has been placed. Production takes approximately 5 business days. Once production is complete, your order is processed for shipment within 1–2 business days.

Delivery Times

After your order has been dispatched, it is booked with our shipping partner. Delivery typically takes 12–15 business days from that point.

In some cases, delivery may take up to 30 days due to international customs, carrier delays or other logistics factors outside of our control.

Tracking

All orders are shipped with tracking. Please allow 24–72 hours after dispatch for tracking updates to appear.

Questions or Problems with Your Order

If your order arrives damaged, you received the wrong item, or you have any questions, please contact our support team first at info@junewells.com. We respond personally, always within 24 hours, and we’ll do our best to make things right.

Late Delivery

If your order has not been delivered within 30 days of the dispatch date, you may be eligible for store credit. To request this, please contact our support team at info@junewells.com.
